1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tinilik ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Tinilik is a personal social media scheduling and content management tool.
2. Description of Service
Tinilik is a web-based application that allows users to connect their social media accounts, schedule posts, and manage content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Threads. The Service acts as an interface between you and these third-party social media platforms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Third-Party Platform Compliance
When you connect your social media accounts to Tinilik, you authorize us to access and interact with those platforms on your behalf using the permissions you grant. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of each connected platform, including:
- Meta Platform Terms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
- TikTok Terms of Service and Developer Policies
- YouTube Terms of Service and API Services
- Twitter/X Developer Agreement and Policy
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute spam, misinformation, or harmful content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create and schedule through Tinilik. By using the Service, you grant Tinilik a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
7. Data Storage and Security
Your content and account data are stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Media files are stored temporarily and deleted automatically after publishing or upon account deletion. Access tokens for connected social media accounts are stored encrypted and used solely to perform scheduled actions on your behalf.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tinilik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any failed posts, missed schedules, or content that is rejected by third-party platforms due to their own policies or technical issues. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from use of the Service.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
